Mr Khakha has completed a fellowship in knee surgery with Professor Adrian Wilson. During this time, he was trained in complex ligament, osteotomy and arthroplasty surgery. He also had the opportunity present research and lecture at national and international meetings as well as visit renowned surgeons around the world. This included a visiting fellowship to Massachusetts General Hospital for Trauma Surgery in Boston.

Mr Khakha continues to be involved with research and education. He is an honorary senior clinical lecturer and runs educational courses in post-graduate surgical exams. He features as faculty on courses both nationally and internationally and continues to supervise junior surgeons undertaking research projects.
