Our clinical base has been in the Harley Street medical district since 2017. We have now expanded with our clinic in London Paddington.
The laboratory, where we carry out blood tests and screening, is accredited by UKAS – the national, government-appointed body which assesses and accredits services including certification, testing, inspection and calibration.
We are joining BUPA and other healthcare providers in partnering with Upcycle Medical. They provide all uniforms across our sites using fabric made from recycled plastic waste collected from the oceans and landfill.

Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity that has been supporting children in Sussex for over 50 years. For over 20 years, Off The Fence’s vision has been to see an end to social and spiritual poverty in Brighton and Hove. CEO Paul Young and his wife, Wendy, made the decision to go out into the streets of Brighton and Hove to help the most marginalized and vulnerable in the city.
